Tennessee Bureau of Investigation - As introduced, authorizes the director of the bureau to issue an AMBER Alert using the system's infrastructure in this state if the director reasonably believes that an abduction has occurred and that sufficient information about the victim and abduction exist to justify the issuance of the Alert. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 37 and Title 38.
