Public Records - As enacted, exempts records generated as a result of a Handle With Care Program notification, which is an alert provided to a school system regarding a child's potential exposure to an adverse childhood experience, from the open records requirement through July 1, 2027. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7.
