Criminal Offenses - As introduced, authorizes a law enforcement officer to charge a person with criminal trespass who resides with a person at least 65 years of age and makes a threat against the life, health, or safety of such person under certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Title 19; Title 20; Title 29; Title 39; Title 68 and Title 71.
