Landlord and Tenant - As introduced, prohibits a landlord from refusing to rent, lease, or otherwise extend housing opportunities to a person solely because the person was previously convicted of a criminal offense if the conviction was for an offense other than a violent offense, sexual offense, or violent sexual offense and the conviction occurred more than five years before the refusal. - Amends TCA Title 40 and Title 66.
