Insurance, Motor Vehicles - As introduced, requires an individual licensed to write automobile liability insurance policies in this state to offer to a consumer the option of purchasing additional coverage for diminution in value of the consumer's motor vehicle or vehicles each time the consumer enters into or renews an automobile liability insurance policy for the consumer's motor vehicle or vehicles. - Amends TCA Title 56.
