Correction, Dept. of - As introduced, changes the content requirements for the annual report that the commissioner makes to the general assembly concerning the state penitentiary, requires local officials to provide information concerning jails to the commissioner for inclusion in the report, and requires the general assembly to consider the report for budgeting matters. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 8 and Title 41.
