Correctional Programs - As introduced, prohibits correctional staff from performing a body cavity search on a pregnant or postpartum prisoner or detainee unless the staff member receives prior approval from a correctional official; requires the staff member to file a report within 72 hours of the body cavity search. - Amends TCA Title 41.
