Education, Higher - As introduced, adds January 15 of each year as the date by which state universities and community colleges are required to submit an annual report on any academic program terminations to the Tennessee higher education commission, education committee of the senate, and the education administration committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 49.
