Criminal Offenses - As introduced, changes from January 15 to February 1 the date by which the district attorneys general shall report to certain committees of the senate and the house of representatives the number of reports received of a person who appeared to be suffering from or to have been the victim of female genital mutilation. - Amends TCA Title 20; Title 24; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
