Juries and Jurors - As enacted, exempts from jury service, upon request and sufficient proof of age, persons 75 years of age and older who are incapable of providing service due to a mental or physical condition; requires person seeking such exemption to submit a declaration with certain information. - Amends TCA Title 22.
