Motor Vehicles - As enacted, exempts tow trucks that are responding to an emergency call received from a law enforcement agency from law that generally makes it a Class C misdemeanor to operate a vehicle on the shoulder or right-of-way of a state highway. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 54; Title 55; Title 65 and Title 67.
