Education, Higher - As introduced, prohibits a four-year public college or university from preventing a student athlete from earning compensation as a result of the use of the student athlete's name, image, or likeness; prohibits a four-year public college or university from discriminating against a student athlete based on an athletic coach's donation to the college or university. - Amends TCA Title 49.
