Taxes, Excise - As introduced, deletes requirement that persons subject to franchise and excise taxes must file a registration information form with the department of revenue within 60 days after July 1, 1999. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 20 and Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 21.
