Elder Abuse - As introduced, requires financial service providers to report reasonably suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation of elderly or vulnerable persons to adult protective services in the same manner that all other persons are required to do so; states that a provider is not in violation if the provider acts in compliance with the Elderly and Vulnerable Adult Financial Exploitation Prevention Act. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 5; Title 45, Chapter 2, Part 12 and Title 71, Chapter 6.
