Utilities, Utility Districts - As introduced, authorizes concurrent or adjacent utility cooperatives to enter into written agreements allowing construction and maintenance of infrastructure to provide services outside of a cooperative's service area; creates a waiver for persons residing in an affected service area to request cooperatives to enter into a written agreement. - Amends TCA Title 65, Chapter 25.
