Education - As introduced, excludes student growth data generated by assessments administered in the 2020-2021 school year from a teacher's evaluation, unless including the data results in a higher evaluation score for the teacher; prohibits scores on TCAP tests administered to students in the 2020-2021 school year from comprising a percentage of a student's final grade, unless including the scores results in a higher final grade for the student. - Amends TCA Title 49.
