Handgun Permits - As introduced, changes, from January 1 to January 15, the date by which the department of safety and homeland security must provide a copy of the previous year's statistical report concerning the number of handgun carry permits issued, denied, revoked, or suspended, and various information regarding handgun carry permit issuance and fees, to each member of the general assembly. - Amends TCA Section 8-8-201; Section 10-7-504; Section 33-6-413; Section 33-3-115; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Section 49-6-815; Section 49-6-816; Section 49-7-161; Section 49-50-803; Section 58-1-227; Section 70-5-101 and Title 70, Chapter 4, Part 1.
