Public Utilities - As introduced, allows an acquiring public utility that acquires a selling utility to request that the Tennessee public utility commission use certain procedures to establish the ratemaking rate base of that selling utility at the time when it is acquired by the acquiring utility. - Amends TCA Title 65.
