Utilities, Utility Districts - As introduced, prohibits utilities from selling, sharing, or disclosing information collected from an advanced metering system or meter information network to a third party unless the information is aggregated in such a way so as not to identify individual customers or properties. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 65 and Title 68.
