Public Utility Commission - As introduced, requires the commerce committee of the house of representatives and the commerce and labor committee of the senate to jointly study the purpose, size, scope, pay structure, and other pertinent information concerning the operation of the Tennessee public utility commission and to submit a report to the speakers no later than January 1, 2020. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 65.
