Local Education Agencies - As introduced, changes from October 1 to October 15 the date by which an LEA with one or more charter schools must annually catalog all underutilized and vacant properties owned or operated by the LEA and all underutilized and vacant properties within any educational facility owned or operated by the LEA. - Amends TCA Title 49.
