Education, Higher - As enacted, exempts certain postsecondary educational institutions from the Tennessee Higher Education Authorization Act of 2016 under certain circumstances; subjects certain postsecondary educational institutions to bond requirements under the Tennessee Higher Education Authorization Act of 2016. - Amends TCA Section 49-7-2004 and Section 49-7-2022.
