Transportation, Dept. of - As introduced, requires department to submit an annual report to the governor, chairs of the transportation committees of the senate and house of representatives, and comptroller of the treasury on any conference or convention in which the department confers with departments of transportation of other states and the interstate commerce commission for the purpose of agreeing on a draft of statutes that secure uniform control of railroad transportation in the states. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12; Title 42; Title 54; Title 55; Title 56; Title 65 and Title 67.
