Criminal Offenses - As enacted, increases the punishment for a conviction of aggravated rape of a child from "15 to 60 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000" to "life in prison without the possibility of parole." - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13 and Title 40, Chapter 35.
