Education, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the commissioner to give 15 days' notice in writing, instead of 10 days' notice in writing, to a teacher, principal, supervisor, or other official who has been found guilty of immoral conduct, before revoking the person's license. - Amends TCA Title 49.
