Firearms and Ammunition - As introduced, reduces from 15 to 10 the number of days in which a chief law enforcement officer must certify the transfer or making of a firearm after receiving a request, if the applicant making the request is not prohibited by law from receiving or possessing the firearm. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
