Expunction - As introduced, makes various changes to expunction, including giving the clerks discretion over whether to charge a fee for expunction and allowing a person to have a conviction for fraudulent use of a debit or credit card for less than $500 expunged. - Amends TCA Section 8-21-401 and Title 40, Chapter 32.
