Tobacco, Tobacco Products - As introduced, expands the definition of smoking to include the use of a device that delivers aerosolized or vaporized nicotine, or any other substance, to the user for purposes of the Non-Smoker Protection Act. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 18.
