Fire Prevention and Investigation - As introduced, requires the state fire marshal's office to post to its website a listing of all recognized fire departments in this state on or before December 1, 2020, and update that listing annually. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9; Title 65; Title 67 and Title 68.
