Motor Vehicles - As introduced, changes, from 200 feet to 61 meters, the distance at which driving light must be produced by the headlights on an off-highway vehicle to render a person clearly discernible under normal atmospheric conditions and on a level road. - Amends TCA Section 55-8-185.
