Education, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the commissioner to obtain approval from the state board of education for any changes to the performance goals and measures for schools and LEAs; requires the department and the state board to seek input from stakeholders regarding proposed changes to performance goals and measures for schools and LEAs; authorizes the state board to promulgate rules to effectuate this bill. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1.
