Boats, Boating - As introduced, requires rules of the fish and wildlife commission governing the numbering, safety equipment, and operation of vessels to be published in the newspaper at least 20 days, instead of 15 days, before the rules become effective. - Amends TCA Title 69, Chapter 9.
