Food and Food Products - As introduced, removes two means by which an establishment may demonstrate knowledge of food safety principles for purposes of the Tennessee Retail Food Safety Act and the Tennessee Food Safety Act. - Amends TCA Title 53, Chapter 8, Part 2 and Title 68, Chapter 14, Part 7.
