Health Care - As introduced, changes from February 1 to January 15, the date by which the bureau of TennCare must report to the general assembly its accounting with regard to its long-term care expenditures for nursing facility services and employment and community First CHOICES services, not relative to total expenditures for the CHOICES long-term healthcare program. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 71.
