Budget Procedures - As introduced, changes, from five days to five business days, the amount of time after the county's proposed annual operating budget must be published by the county commission in a newspaper of general circulation; changes, from 10 days to 10 business days, the amount of time the county's proposed annual operating budget must be published in a newspaper of general circulation before the budget's final adoption by the county commission. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9 and Title 49.
