Criminal Offenses - As introduced, creates a criminal offense for an owner of a dangerous dog to not have a valid policy of insurance insuring the owner against liability for injuries inflicted by the dog; authorizes a law enforcement officer to, without a warrant, request a person to provide proof of the insurance requirement or be subject to arrest. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 44 and Title 56.
