Contractors - As introduced, allows a county, municipality, or school board to require a contractor to bond their subcontractor in order to ensure contractors of the subcontractor receive fair compensation for work completed. - Amends TCA Title 12; Title 50, Chapter 2 and Title 62, Chapter 6.
