Securities - As enacted, exempts from certain requirements under the Tennessee Securities Act of 1980 securities that meet requirements for federal exemption for intrastate offerings under Rule 147A, which allows offers to be accessible to certain out-of-state residents and companies incorporated or organized out of state. - Amends TCA Title 48.
