Utilities, Utility Districts - As enacted, prohibits political subdivisions from prohibiting by ordinance, resolution, regulation, code, or any other requirement, the connection or reconnection of a utility service based on the type or source of energy to be delivered to an individual customer. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 65 and Title 68.
