Motor Vehicles - As introduced, increases from 10 to 20 days, the time in which an aggrieved party must make written request for a formal hearing under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act following an action of the commissioner of revenue in issuing or refusing to issue a certificate of title, in discharging or refusing to discharge a lien, and in issuing or refusing to issue a replacement certificate of title. - Amends TCA Title 55.
