Pest Control - As enacted, converts the pest control board into an advisory board and transfers the board's powers and duties concerning licensure and regulation of pest control operators to the commissioner of agriculture; makes other related changes. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 62, Chapter 21, Part 1.
