Lobbying, Lobbyists - As introduced, specifies, in the requirement that a copy of certain in-state event invitations be sent to the ethics commission and members, that such delivery be made "contemporaneously"; imposes certain requirements on lobbyists and employers of lobbyists that provide alcoholic beverages at in-state events. - Amends TCA Section 3-6-305.
