Criminal Offenses - As introduced, increases from 45 to 60 the number of days a court can grant or continue a temporary injunction enjoining a person from removing materials from the jurisdiction of the court pending an adversary hearing on the offense of sexual exploitation of a minor. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 30; Title 36; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 47, Chapter 18.
