Child Abuse - As enacted, creates the Class A misdemeanor and Class E felony offenses of withdrawing, transferring, or altering a child's school enrollment with intent to hinder an active child abuse or child neglect investigation. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39 and Title 49.
