Local Education Agencies - As introduced, extends, from 30 days to 45 days, the time period after a board of education meeting, or from the time a copy of the board's meeting minutes are mailed or provided to board members, that the board must prepare, or have prepared, and mail a copy of the board's minutes to the president of each local education association. - Amends TCA Title 49.
