Criminal Procedure - As introduced, extends the statute of limitations for rape, aggravated rape, rape of a child, and aggravated rape of a child when the victim is a child and the crime was not reported to law enforcement within three years of the occurrence. - Amends TCA Title 28 and Title 40.
