Constitutional Amendments - Proposes amendment to require, beginning in 2024, the attorney general and reporter to be popularly elected every four years; to limit the terms of office to two consecutive terms; and to authorize a person previously elected to the office to run for the office after vacating the office for four consecutive years. -
