Solid Waste Disposal - As introduced, adds the chairs of the energy, agriculture and natural resources committee of the senate and the agriculture and natural resources committee of the house of representatives to list of committee chairs and officials to whom the department of environment and conservation must submit a quarterly report concerning expenditures from the tire environmental fund. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 55; Title 67 and Title 68.
