Education, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the commissioner to include certain information for LEAs operating at least one high school on the commissioner's annual report, including the number of students that took a college entrance exam, the number of students that qualified for the Tennessee HOPE scholarship but did not attain the required score on the ACT or SAT, and the number of students that were not eligible to receive the Tennessee HOPE scholarship but that were eligible to receive the Tennessee promise scholarship. - Amends TCA Title 49.
