Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation - As introduced, enacts the "Grow Your Own Teacher Act"; requires the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation to create a loan-scholarship program for economically disadvantaged high school students who will become teachers at high-needs schools in the LEA from which the students graduate. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4.
